Provide event to get the every chunk file stream when uploading the file without API endpoint options

When uploading the 5GB file to uploader component and the ValueChange event is fired once the file uploaded, need to wait until the process ends. You can provide the event with stream argument for each chunk uploading the file, we have get the file stream and merge the stream in our end. So provide the

event to get the every chunk file stream when uploading the file without API endpoint options.
