SfDateTimePicker AllowEdit do not work correctly anymore

The "AllowEdit" property of SfDateTimePicker should only prevent manually inputs from user in text box but at the moment it acts like ReadOnly="true". In older version <19.x this worked as expected: no inputs in textbox but selection by calender and time list were enabled.
