'OnImageRemoving' event not triggered when rendering the Rich Text Editor inside 'EditForm'

When the Rich Text Editor is rendered inside the EditForm, the 'OnImageRemoving' is not triggered and the connection state issue occurs, and then clicking the cancel button triggers the event with arguments as null. Need to resolve this issue.
