Provide support to close the Image, Table, and Link dialogs using public method Completed

When set 'arg.Cancel' as true to prevent the image uploading, the dialog will not be closed. So, provide support to close the insert image dialog using a public method.

Also, consider the same support to close the Link and Table insert dialogs.
