Provide support for argument 'ClosedBy' as 'OutsideClick' when clicked outside of the Dialog

Need to provide support to return the 'CloseBy' argument of the close event of the dialog data as 'ClickedOutside' when the dialog is closed by clicking outside of the dialog.
