If strict mode is enabled, when Min date is equal to value property then popup not opens and application freez

If strict mode is enabled, when Min date is equal to value property then popup not opens and application freezes.

Replication Procedure   :


1. Run the sample.

2. Open the first datepicker (strictmode = false), popup opens and value can be chosen.

3. Open second datepicker (strictmode = true), popup not opens and application freezes.

4. Refresh the page, open second datepicker (strictmode= true, Min value is 3 days lesser than value property), popup opens and if we choose the today date, then popup closes and not opens anymore.
