How can I check the img size that I paste it in the RichTextEditor?

Hello, I had meeted a problem that when I paste the img from the clipboard into the RichTextEditor by 'Ctrl+V' or 'Paste' of the contextmenu, and  at this case, how can I get the img size what I want to paste?

I had tryed the BeforeImageUploadEventArgs but it seen looked like only work when i use upload.
