Border getting removed when merge

  1. select some cells (vertically)
  2. apply outside borders
  3. click on merge vertically
Expected result : cell should merge & border exists
Actual result : cells getting merged & bottom line removed

Select few cells fe 3x5, merge all, apply outside border. Border is missing in right and bottom edge.
