Expander Border & Radius Declined - Won't do

Hi,

Referring to Incident# 321613, please add Border properties and CornerRadius to the SfExpander to use it like this so we don't have to use IValueConverter or multiple SfBorders

<SyncfusionExpander:SfExpander BorderWidth="1" BorderColor="Gray" CorderRadius="20,0,25,0"

This should apply for the full Expander.

If someone wants to have it for the header only or content only then they should simply add the border to it without having to use the IValueConverter

Also we should be able to do:

<SfBorder>

       <SfExpander>

       </SfExpander>

</SfBorder>
