Entire column/row size not getting adjusted by double click or drag method

  1. add some data
  2. change the size of each row/column
  3. select entire sheet
  4. Image
  5. adjust the cell size by double click on the grid from column/row header
  6. Image
  7. or click & drag from the grid line (as marked above)
Expected result : entire cell (column/row) should resize proportionally

Actual result : only the size of particular row/column getting adjusted where we double clicked/dragged
