Hour 12:00 AM today and 12:00 AM of tomorrow are both considered part of today

Reproducing steps: In scheduler week or month view, add an appointment that starts at 12:00 AM today and ends at 12:00 AM tomorrow. Notice that in scheduler, the appointment appears as ending today. 

Please see the example in the attached screenshot.

If the day starts at 12:00 AM, then it has to end at 11:59:59 PM, but not at 12:00 AM the next day.

If 12 AM is the start of the day, then the appointment in the example below should also span on the 24th.
