Border color is windowtext when pasted from excel to spreadsheet

Hi, 

in the sample i have added eventListener on paste

when i add borders in excel with default color and then copy and paste to spreadsheet the color is defined as windowtext

when i add borders with selected color in excel and then copy and paste to spreadsheet, color is defined properly
