Provide support to update order of the tile item programmatically in TileViewControl

Tileview control doesn't have support to change the order of the tile item programmatically. So, updating order through CurrentITemsOrder doesn't have any effect on UI for order change. 

Need to provide support to update order of the tile item programmatically in TileViewControl
