While changing the year value dynamically, it reset to the previous value

When we set the today value dynamically, then changed year value is not updated properly in the DatePicker component. Please find the issue reproducing sample and replication procedure below.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the attached sample

2. Modify the year value as “2020” then focus out the component.

3. Now, click the reset button to change the date value as today date value.

4. Now, again modify the year value as “2020” and focus out the component. Now, we can see the datepicker value changed to the previous value.
