Provide support to customize the inner elements in the recurrence editor dynamically

Provide support to change the inner level "End" Drop-down list of the recurrence editor

For instance: We need to remove the "never" list from the End drop-down inside the recurrence editor. And for further reference, kindly refer to the below-highlighted image,

We need to add support for selecting specific months in the Monthly recurrence option. Currently, only day and week name options are supported.

Use Case: Allow users to schedule events in specified months, such as January, March, April, and October, on the first day of each month.
