When we enable the strict mode, the value will be cleared from the control if we enter an incorrect date

Issue 1: Value cleared from the control if we enter the years more than 6 digits.


Issue 2: Value cleared from the control if we enter the months as 00 or 13 to 99.


Issue 3: If we enter the years in 5 or 6 digits, it becomes invalid date. So previous value should be preserved. But max value is updated to the component.
