Provide support for 'ExecuteCommand' as a public method in Rich Text Editor 'Markdown' mode

Currently, provided the 'ExecuteCommand' as a public method in Rich Text Editor HTMLEditor mode. Need to provide the same to the 'Markdown' mode too.
