SfBackdropPage front layer scroll support while back layer is revealed

When we set reveal mode as Auto, back layer getting revealed with desired height. In this time front layer content getting hide in bottom. With current behavior unable to view the hidden content with scroll view. 

Need to update front layer height based on back layer reveal state.
