Value tuple type is not supported for Dropdown controls

If we bind the type of datasource as Value Tuple, then datasource is not populated

Replication Procedure:

1. Run the attached sample.
2. Open the popup for first dropdownlist. Values are popuplated.
3.Open the second Dropdown. Values are not popuplated.
