Image picker for Blazor

Hi!

An image picker componet is much needed for Blazor web development. The folowing features should be considered:

  • Selecting images by drag and drop.
  • Showing selectid image.
  • Optionally support multiple images.
  • Optionally use basic editing when selecting an image (e.g. Crop/Zoom)
