Swimlane is removable even if the delete constraints are excluded

The swimlane can be removable even the remove constraints exclude from the node constraints. in other cases using the collection change event’s cancel argument, the swimlane header and lane header is also removed.

we have made the swimlane unremoval by excluding delete constraint and by collection change cancel argument
