Binding HTMLText via XAML does not accept html

Keyboard and 'paste' operations work as expected.

However, binding HtmlText to a viewmodel variable containing html formatted <a> links results in unformatted text being displayed--not clickable links, which is the result we expect.


If you edit the view--do something with the keyboard--the link gets 'recognized'.  But, absent that, it just looks like ordinary text.
