To improve chart performance in blazor wasm

In blazor WASM, while rendering 10 charts(pie and stacked bar) with 10 data points in dashboard layout panels, it takes around 10 to 12 seconds for complete rendering. This seconds difference varies in different machines. Need to improve performance in wasm application.
