Provision to set own query in DataManager

The pivot table uses DataManager option to fetch the data from remote server then bind in it. In DataManager we can only specify URL and adaptor type. By default all the data from the mapped server will be fetched. So, provide an option to fetch desired(filtered) data from remote server by setting appropriate query in DataManager.
