Issue in showCheckbox selection state with paging enabled

Issue 1: When we check header checkbox, uncheck any row's checkbox and navigate to next pages, checkbox state in newly navigated pages have not maintained.

Issue 2: Also CheckBox change event get triggered while navigating to other pages after checking header checkbox


Replication Procedure:

Sample: Check sample from forum https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/162919/treegrid-select-all-with-autocheckhierarchy-and-showcheckbox
Issue 1:

case a):
check header
navigate to page 2, 3
uncheck any record in page 1
now go to other page. checkbox state in page2, 3 will be maintained (checked)

case b):
check header
uncheck any record in same page (page 1)
navigate to page 2, 3 - checkbox state is not maintained in any of pages(in 2 or 3) - becomes unchecked

Issue 2:

Check header and navigate to next pages.

Checkbox change event will be triggered
