Provision to set fields available in bound data source

Currently the pivot table considers first raw data to get the fields. And considers only those fields through out the component process. If any new fields available in rest of the raw data won't be considered. Also the missed fields couldn't be included dynamically.
So, need to provide an option to get all the fields available in the bound dats source to avoid the problem in the above mentioned scenario.
