Can't parse formula exception thrown while saving the workbook after CopyTo operation

An Excel document with data validations having unknown names is opened and performed CopyTo to a new workbook and that new workbook is saved. Here, Can't parse formula exception thrown while saving that workbook as the names collection does not have those names. This needs to be fixed by adding the names into the collection if those are using in data validation formulas.
