Characters getting missed when typing fast in a ComboBox and other controls

Hi,

There is an issue with the combobox when you type fast where characters are getting missed.

You can see this on your demo page for the Blazor ComboBox Default Functionalities.

If you type ame(for American Football) very fast into the combobox, it misses the m and you are left with ae instead of ame.

It happens almost all of the time.

It only happens when you type very fast.

I have tested on multiple browsers.

This also happens to me when filtering a grid with the grid filter settings Mode set to FilterBarMode.Immediate.
