Provision to hide grand total column when empty row axis

Currently in pivot table component, the column for row axis will be framed even there is no fields bound in row axis. It displays in the name of “Grand Total“

But in this case, Microsoft Excel hides the column. So, need to provide option to do the same in Syncfusion Pivot Table as well.
