Cell size is getting changed after applying border

Hi,

I have an issue when applying border on spreadsheet with changed fontSize. It changes height of cell to which I applied border, and neighbours cells,

  1. Put 'test' in D4.
  2. Empty
  3. Apply outside border to D4.
  4. Empty



  5. Height of 3rd and 4th row is reduced, if I change font size to 5pt it will be even smaller.
