Treeview UI does not update when attribute AllowDragAndDrop is set to true

Hello,

with the latest version 18.4.0.43 the UI does not update when the dataSource of the treeview is changed (if AllowDragAndDrop is set to true).

In the previous version 18.4.0.42 it works without any problem.

It's reproduceable.
