[iOS] Checkboxes are not saved correctly if document is saved more than one time

I think there is a bug if you save a forms document having checkboxes more than one time on iOS. Saving the document the first time the checkboxes are saved correctly but on further savings the checkboxes remain in their states and are not saved using their current state.

I have attached a sample project. Please do the following steps:
- Check "Armlehne lang"
- Click "Save & View"
=> Document is displayed with checkbox "Armlehne lang" checked
- Click Done
- Check another checkbox, e.g. "Trommelbremse"
- Click "Save & View"
=> Checkbox "Armlehne lang" is checked but checkbox "Trommelbremse" is NOT checked

Please fix
