Dirty and pristine not reset properly in DatePicker component

When resetting the controls using form reset the pristine should be true and dirty should be false. It is default behavior of form. Now, pristine return false and dirty returns true when resetting the DatePicker component. It has been working as expected in the version 18.4.41 and breaks in the version 18.4.42 version.
