Chart series rendered with solid line instead of dot line in chart to image conversion

Chart series rendered with a solid line instead of dot line. Because XlsIO did not handle the chart data point behavior for dot lines properly. So multiple dot lines are rendered on the same line and it looks like a solid line. This needs to be fixed.
