Converting docx to pdf ignores Visible property of Shapes

Hi,
when converting a docx document to pdf, shapes will be shown in the resulting pdf which are set Visible = false in the docx document.

See attached sample for easy demonstration:
docx contains two shapes (red circles). The right one is hidden. But after converting to pdf both are shown.
