Where do I find documentation about #304701, #305038 (persistent scrolling)

So I am having the issue that after dragging and dropping an event in the schedule the scroll jumps back to the start of the month, which is not desired behaviour.

In the latest release notes for

18.4.41

schedule it is mentioned:



NEW FEATURES
  • #304701, #305038 - Provided the persistence support for scroll bar position.
so how do i use that? upgrading to 
18.4.41
alone did not seem to help

The issue of scrolling back only happens in Timeline Month view, not in Timeline Day or Timeline Week
