Adding new tile view item using Drag and Drop

Tiles can be added to the control by dragging & dropping an external entity into it.  A new tile will be inserted at the drop point:


If dragged over the top of existing tiles they will shift to show where a new tile will be placed if dropped.

Example:
Empty


If dragged over blank space after the last pre-existing tile a new tile will be added after the last tile
