Align the table at right-side of the content in the Rich Text Editor

Provide the support to align the table on the right side of the content.

If we align the table using float attribute, it makes misbehave on resize the table. Achieve the requirement "align-right side of the content" by resizing the left and the right border of the table. Currently, the cell border inside the table and the whole table have the resize support.

Provide the same for the left and right border of the table. So, the table can be aligned to the right of the Rich Text Editor when resized.
