Customize the `enter` key behavior in the Rich Text Editor

Provide support to customize the enter key behavior. Currently, when pressing the 'enter' key within the content of the editor, it works based on browser behavior. Provides an option to insert <p> or <br /> or any other HTML element. Allow users to define it through property settings.
