how to show a specific folder to a specific user

Hi Team,

I couldn't find a solution, So, can you please help me. I'm using the file manager control.

I have three folders and two users, I want to show a specific folder to a specific user, other users should not see the folder and files. if it is possible can you please share the sample code?
