Project Migration is not visible when the project file don't have the Syncfusion.Blazor word

In our latest Syncfusion Project migration tool the migration option is not visible in the solution explorer context menu when the project file don't have the word Syncfusion.Blazor. But in Blazor platform we have separated the NuGet packages based on the control wise. Here some controls don't have the Syncfusion.Blazor word. So, the project migration option is not visible. So, we have to fix this issue.
