Vertical scroll bar issue when horizontal scroll bar is visible

Vertical scroll bar issue when horizontal scroll bar is visible


 I did notice that the scroll bar is now exhibiting behavior that it did not before. 
I am able to reproduce the same behavior using the document editor demo on the Syncfusion site. I confirmed that in previous versions this was not happening. 
I noticed that when examining the vertical scrollbar of the editor content, the scroll bar does not fully scroll and there is a noticeable gap between the "scroll down" button and the bar itself. This gap increases in size when setting the height of the editor to a value around '500px' and above. I have attached a screen recording of the behavior to this message.
