Android with Chrome and timezone set, wrong times

I think after an Android Chrome update the timezone support is broken since last week.

See the screenshot, the data and times are not correct.

If I remove the timezone variable it works fine. I can only reproduce the bug on Android Chrome. For example, on Chrome desktop it works fine and also Android Firefox.
