Stamps are not always displaied

One of our customers have problems, that their stamps are not displaied or displaied incorrectely.

I'm not shure if it's a problem of Syncfusion or if some others use other features than specified in the PDF-Standard.

The customer uses the free "PDF Reader - View, Edit, Annotate by Xodo" from the Microsoft Store.

If he place a stamp and choose the attribute "flatten" everything looks good.
If hedo the same with the attribute "done" it's not displaied correctely.

It would be great to find the source of the problem (Xodo or Syncfusion).
