Smooth transition in zooming and panning of the tile maps

When zooming the online map providers such as OSM, Bing, etc, the tile images appears suddenly. There are white spaces when the new zoom level tile images are rendered. There is no animation similar to the Google Maps when zooming which is the expected smooth transition in zooming. When panning, the tile images flickers. This flickering must be removed.
