When clicking 'unselect all" text, change event triggered immediately instead of after focus out the component.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the sample

2. Open the “Sample” page

3. Open the MultiSelect and click the “Select ALL” text.

4. Then focus out the component by clicking the document. Now change event will be fired.

5. Then again clicking the “UnSelect All” text. Now, change event fired immediately.
