Popup does not opened in the DropDownList cascading sample on WASM application

Popup does not opened in the DropDownList cascading sample on WASM application.

Replication procedure:


1. Click 'Country' drop down

2. Choose any country

3. Click 'State' drop down

4. DO NOT CHOOSE AN OPTION, with the state drop down open, click 'Country' drop down

5. Choose any country

6. Note that 'State' drop down no longer works
