Kanban columns become misaligned when the scrollbar disappears

Initially, when the kanban control loads, there is a scrollbar. After I drag over a couple elements, the scrollbar disappears because it is no longer needed to view all the elements. When the scrollbar disappears, it messes up the column alignment.

Replication Procedure:
1. Open the sample in new window
2. Drag and drop the card to "To Do" column until the scrollbar disappears
3. Now, you can see that columns become unaligned.
