TextBox position is incorrect when converting Excel to PDF with EnableFormFields

The input document contains the textboxes. When rendering shapes, if EnableFormFields is true then shapes are added in the form field collection and rendered using PDF. But the PDF control didn't consider the sheet header height which causes this issue. This needs to be fixed.
