While disable the form and enable the component concurrently, popup gets opened and closed immediately

While disabling the form and enable the DatePicker component concurrently, the popup gets opened and closed immediately.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the sample

2. Click the Disable form, enable Date button.

3. Now, click the date icon.

4. Now, popup gets opened and closed.
